Each year, HDI awards the highest honors in the technical support and service management profession. HDI industry awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have most enhanced the image of the support industry by achieving and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in technical support and service management.
The nomination period has closed for the 2020 HDI Technical Support Awards. Click here to see the list of finalists. We are happy to announce that the awards ceremony for HDI 2020 awards will take place on Wednesday, August 12, in the 4:45 p.m. (Eastern) time slot of the SupportWorld Live digital event. We will announce winners at that time and look forward to celebrating all our finalists and giving them the recognition they deserve.
